Reuters reported the information.
According to David Cameron, Ukraine decides on its own whether to use British weapons to strike targets inside Russia.
"Ukraine has that right. Just as Russia is striking inside Ukraine, you can quite understand why Ukraine feels the need to make sure it's defending itself," the British Foreign Secretary said in a statement.
The British also promise $3.75 billion in annual direct military aid. They will support Ukraine "for as long as it takes."
- On April 25, Admiral Tony Radakin, Commander of the British Armed Forces, said that Ukraine could increase the number of long-range strikes against Russia.
