Ukraine approves 140 new weapons in July, 85% made domestically
In July 2025, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine approved approximately 140 new models of weapons and military equipment for use by the Defense Forces, with only 15% of them being foreign-made

This was reported by the Ministry’s press service.
Among the Ukrainian-made models approved for use last month, the majority are munitions (most for UAVs), unmanned aerial systems, ground robotic systems, electronic warfare and reconnaissance equipment.
Also among the new additions are samples of optics, communications systems, vehicles, and armored equipment.
- It was previously reported that since the start of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine has increased its weapons production 35-fold.
