Radio Liberty’s Russian-language bureau reported, citing Pepel.
The media published a description of the fugitives, which was obtained by local police stations. According to it, the fugitives are named Eduard Arutunyan, Igor Bolonin, Pavel Migunov, Denis Mustyakov, Roman Ser, Nikolay Bagrov, Alexei Gryazyutin, Alexander Ivanov and Alexander Kasatkin.
Two of them were serving sentences in penal colonies for murder, two for inflicting grievous bodily harm, and another for kidnapping.

Six of them left the range without permission on July 26, and three more managed to do so the next day. The description of the escaped soldiers does not specify whether they had weapons.
