Explosive-laden jet ski near Istanbul, allegedly Ukrainian, not a working maritime drone — Defense Express
The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) stated it.
The agreement aims to boost the availability of 155-mm artillery ammunition and enhance the dependability of the supply chain.
Jonas Lotsne, Director of Land Systems at FMV, stated, "Now we are taking the next important step to accelerate investment in the industry's production capacity. This will reduce delivery times, bolster our ability to support Ukraine, and simultaneously enhance the long-term reliability of artillery ammunition supplies in Sweden and the Nordic region."
Sweden highlights that this move is "the third step in a large-scale effort to increase ammunition production for ongoing support to Ukraine."
