Storm-Z, Storm V, new tank station: Russia concentrates 40,000 reserves for Avdiivka assault

Morozov shared these insights during an interview on the Espreso TV channel.
"The adversary is deploying a substantial amount of equipment, drones, and reconnaissance vehicles, including Orlan, Zala, and Lancets. Preparations for a new battle are underway, effectively already begun, marked by the extensive use of guided aerial bombs," Morozov highlighted.
Morozov revealed that the Russian Federation amassed approximately 40,000 reserves for the assault on Avdiivka.
He added, "Mobilized convicts, Storm-Z, Storm V, and a newly established tank station are now present. This station houses new tanks that will participate in the Avdiivka assault. However, the Defense Forces are gearing up for the impending attack."
- On January 23, the head of the Avdiivka city military administration acknowledged the challenging but controlled situation in the Avdiivka direction by the Defense Forces.
- The American Institute for the Study of War, on January 24, reported that Russian forces had recently made advancements northeast of Novomykhailivka (southwest of Donetsk) and in the Avdiivka area.
- Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman Yevhen Iyevlev also noted minor Russian advances in the southern part of Avdiivka.
- Morozov, from the Legion of Freedom, warned that the Russians might deploy around 500 anti-tank missiles on Avdiivka within a month.
