Tense situation in Kurakhove direction, Russia tries to break through AFU defenses – General Staff

This is according to the Ukrainian General Staff's report as of 10:30 a.m. on June 10.

In the last day, Russian forces have conducted 94 airstrikes on Ukrainian positions and populated areas, using 80 guided aerial bombs. They deployed 33 kamikaze drones, 1,411 FPV drones, and launched more than 4,400 attacks, including 101 with MLRS.

Over the past day, Ukraine's Air Force, missile forces, and artillery hit four Russian personnel and equipment positions, three anti-aircraft vehicles, two missile and artillery vehicles, one radar, and one ammunition depot.

Frontline situation: 38 combat clashes since the start of today

Russian forces have carried out 11 airstrikes using 21 guided bombs, 52 kamikaze drones, and fired over 650 times at Ukrainian positions and populated areas.

Russia did not conduct active offensives in the Chernihiv and Sumy directions. The Ukrainian Defense Forces control the situation.

No active operations occurred in the Kharkiv direction. Russian troops are regrouping. Yesterday, Russian losses in this area were 89 personnel killed or wounded, two armored vehicles, four artillery systems, 13 vehicles, and four special equipment units destroyed. One tank, four cars, and two special equipment units were damaged.

The situation is tense in the Kupyansk direction with seven combat clashes today in Stepova Novoselivka, Pishchane, and Berestove. Five Russian attacks were repelled. Clashes continue near Stepova Novoselivka and Pishchane.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled seven attacks near Druzhelyubivka, Nevske, Terny, Torske, and Hryhorivka.

In the Siversk direction, three Russian attempts to approach Ukraine's positions in Spirne, Ivano-Dariivka, and Verkhnyokamyanske failed. Positions were maintained.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the Ukrainian military repelled two attacks in Klishchiivka and Andriivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, there were four skirmishes today. Two Russian attacks in the Novopokrovske district were repelled. Fighting continues in Yevhenivka and Novopokrovske. The Ukrainian Defense Forces control the situation. Yesterday, Russia lost 269 personnel killed or wounded, two armored vehicles, two artillery systems, and three cars destroyed. A tank, an armored vehicle, and two artillery systems were damaged.

In the Kurakhove direction, the situation is tense. Russian troops tried ten times to break through near Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Paraskoviivka, and Kostiantynivka. Nine attacks were repelled, and the battle continues near Kostyantynivka.

In the Orikhiv direction, one unsuccessful attack occurred near Kopani. Positions were maintained.

In the Kherson direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled one attack north of Krynky.

In other directions, the situation remains largely unchanged.
