"The situation on the primary front of the Russian offensive is difficult. However, all necessary decisions are being made promptly at every level," the post reads.
Syrskyi pointed out that despite Russian troops' advantage in both weaponry and manpower, Ukrainian soldiers have inflicted significant losses on them.
"The fight for Ukraine continues," he stressed.
- On August 31, Russia intensified its offensive, with combat clashes rising to 199. The most active Russian forces are in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove sectors.
