He expressed this opinion in the Verdict with Serhiy Rudenko program on Espreso TV channel.
"We do not see Putin going to stop. We see that the Russians are developing their military-industrial complex, and they can continue to reach their peak of development and then generate their capabilities. And this does not show that Putin is going to stop somewhere at the current frontiers and wage a positional war. We see that new armies are being formed. At the very least, Putin is focused on our entire south, Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and I do not exclude Kharkiv. This is a "minimum program" for Putin, and this is a fact," Kostenko emphasized.
According to the SBU colonel, the Russians are preparing their economy and allies for a further offensive.
"We see that the Russians are fueled by their allies - Iran, North Korea and other countries that secretly supply, if not weapons, then very important components for them, with the help of which the Russians make missiles, among other things. The production of missiles in Russia has already exceeded the pre-war level," Kostenko said.
