All these are ordinary objects of peaceful life. The ones that should never be targeted. Utilities and emergency services, volunteers are working tirelessly to eliminate the consequences, help the victims, and restore gas, electricity and water supply."
Rescue operations, evacuation of residents and elimination of the consequences are underway, the State Emergency Service added.
As of 4:10 a.m., 54 people have been reported injured and 2 dead in Kharkiv. According to the State Emergency Service, there are 8 children among the victims.
