Russia's intentions to return to Dnipro's right bank in Kherson region erased - OC South
Operational Command South's spokesperson Natalia Humeniuk says that the Russian troops will not even try to advance to Dnipro's right bank in the Kherson region
She said this on Espreso TV.
"Russia's intentions to return to the right bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region have already been erased, because the defensive lines there are properly equipped. Also, the bank itself is higher than the left bank. Because of this, counter-battery fighting, even on the water, on the approaches, leads to the failure of the occupiers' intentions. The Russians will not even try to advance to Dnipro's right bank in the Kherson region," stated Humeniuk.
According to her, the creation of the flotilla, which the Russians have been advertising so much, has also subsided a bit.
"Somewhere out there it is gathering its resources and trying to be useful. But so far, we are not talking about using it in our area of responsibility," she added.

- On April 8, the General Staff reported that in the Kherson sector, Russia did not abandon its intention to drive Ukrainian units from their footholds on the left bank of the Dnipro River. Thus, over the past 24 hours, the Russian army launched eight unsuccessful attacks on the Ukrainian positions.
