The Atesh movement disclosed this information.
Partisans also highlight a critical fuel shortage on the peninsula.
"Currently, we observe that Russians are actively moving remaining air defense installations, aviation, radar, and military facilities from western Crimea. Oil storage facilities are empty, making it nearly impossible for even the local population to obtain fuel," the message states.
Additionally, ammunition warehouses are being relocated eastward, near the Crimean Bridge.
"Russians face a severe shortage of air defense systems, covering only one peninsula area. We're entering the most intense phase which will lead to another 'gesture of goodwill,'" Atesh reports.
- On July 24, Atesh recorded the arrival of old Russian military equipment in temporarily occupied Yevpatoria.
