Russian troops strike ambulance with drone in Kherson region, wounding two civilians
On the morning of Monday, September 23, Russian forces attacked an ambulance with a drone. Two civilians were wounded in the assault

This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
The attack occurred around 06:20 a.m. near Romashkove, in the Bilozerka community. Russian troops dropped an explosive device from a drone on an ambulance responding to an emergency call in the Kherson district.
The driver and a paramedic were injured by the drone strike. Both were transported to the hospital.
According to the Kherson regional military administration, a 58-year-old paramedic and a 50-year-old ambulance driver suffered blast injuries and concussions as a result of the Russian attack.
The Oleshky District Prosecutor's Office has opened a pre-trial investigation for violations of the laws and customs of war.
- The night before, on September 22, Russian forces struck Zaporizhzhia using anti-aircraft guns, leaving 13 people injured and damaging several buildings.
