Russia shells civilians in Kharkiv region

Kharkiv Regional Military Administration reported the information.

It noted that at 9:50 a.m., Russian forces fired on the city of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv district. Two private houses were damaged. There were no casualties.

At 10:50 a.m. Russian forces struck the town of Kupyansk. A munition hit a private house. A 36-year-old woman was unblocked from the rubble before the arrival of the State Emergency Service unit and was treated on the spot. A 52-year-old man was injured in the shelling. The wounded man was hospitalized.

• During the night of Sunday, April 28, Russian forces launched drone attacks on Mykolaiv and Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk region, causing significant damage.
