Russia reports attack on Crimea and three regions: drone hits power substation near Lipetsk
On July 15, Russia reported an attack involving 23 drones, with one allegedly hitting a power substation in the Lipetsk region and attacks on Crimea, Oryol, and Bryansk regions
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported the information.
According to them, air defense allegedly destroyed 22 drones overnight.
Fifteen drones were intercepted over Russia's Bryansk region, 6 over the temporarily occupied Crimea, and one more over the Lipetsk region.
In addition, the governor of the Oryol region, Andrey Klychkov, said that in the morning, electronic warfare equipment allegedly neutralized another UAV in the region. According to him, there were no casualties or damage.
Also, the governor of Lipetsk region, Igor Artamonov, wrote about the alleged fall of a drone on the territory of a power substation. "The drone crashed on the territory of a power substation in the Stanovlyansky urban district. There were no casualties. The work of the power substation was not disrupted," he wrote.
The Russian-installed "governor" of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev, reported an alleged drone attack on the city.
According to Russia's preliminary information,one drone was downed near Cape Fiolent.
"According to the Sevastopol Rescue Service, there is information about the fall of debris in the area of Fiolent on the territory of one private house," he said.
Razvozhayev later wrote about the continuing attack. "Operational services have arrived at the site of the fall of the wreckage in the Fiolent area. According to the Sevastopol Rescue Service, there are no casualties," he said.
Later, the governor of Russia's Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, reported the alleged downing of 5 drones over Sevsk district, accusing Ukraine of the attack.
"There are no casualties or damage. Operational and emergency services are working," he wrote.
