This was reported by the Atesh guerrilla movement on Telegram.
“The occupiers are massively creating mobile gas stations that are constantly changing their locations for fear of being attacked,” the message states.
According to the guerrillas, the Russian military command has ordered that fuel storage points be limited to no more than 10-12 hours at a single location.
“This situation indicates that the destruction of facilities of this scale critically affects both the supply of troops and the performance of combat missions of the Russian Armed Forces,” the movement adds.
