Ukraine’s General Staff reported the information.

"Last night, a successful strike targeted the enemy's offshore oil terminal in temporarily occupied Feodosia, Crimea. A fire was observed near the facility, and the extent of the damage is still being assessed," the statement said.

The General Staff highlighted that the Feodosia terminal is the largest in Crimea for the transshipment of oil products, which have been used to support the occupying Russian forces.

The task was carried out by units of Ukrainian Missile Forces in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces.

“Measures to undermine Russia’s military and economic potential continue,” the military emphasized.

According to the Crimean Wind Telegram channel, the fire broke out around 4:30 a.m. following a series of explosions. This information was confirmed by the Russian-installed head of the Feodosia administration, Igor Tkachenko, as reported by Interfax.

“There was a fire at the Feodosia oil depot,” he said.

According to him, rescuers are working at the scene. There are no casualties or injuries.

The ASTRA Telegram channel writes that the fire could have been caused by a UAV attack.

At the same time, the Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that their air defense systems allegedly destroyed 21 drones over Crimea and four Russian regions overnight. According to their report, 12 UAVs were shot down over the occupied peninsula, six over the Kursk region, and one drone each over Belgorod, Bryansk, and Voronezh regions.

Later, it was revealed that the Russian-installed authorities in Feodosia had declared a municipal emergency. However, the Feodosia "administration" later deleted the post announcing the state of emergency from its Telegram channel.

“There was a technical error. The municipal emergency regime has not been introduced in Feodosia. The commission meeting has not yet been held,” the message reads.

  • On the night of October 4, the Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked a fuel and lubricants base in the Voronezh region, Russia, with drones. The Russian Defense Ministry announced the alleged downing of 18 UAVs over Russian territory on the night of October 4.
