Ukrainian serviceman Yevhen Iievliev says that Russian forces have been storming the Ukrainian army's positions in the Horlivka sector for a week

He said this on Espreso TV.

"The Russian army has been in Yuriivka for over a day. Unfortunately, they've breached our defense slightly here. They haven't taken all of Yuriivka; fighting continues. This isn't the outskirts of New York village; it's a territory bordering New York, where street fights are also happening," the military said.

According to Iievliev, Russia has been storming these positions for a week.

"Unfortunately, the enemy has made some local advances. DeepState doesn’t map all the areas where the enemy is trying to push forward. For a week now, along the entire line near Horlivka, the enemy has been trying to break through our defense," Iievliev added.

  • In the past 24 hours, 158 combat clashes were recorded at the front. The Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled most of the Russian attacks in the Pokrovsk direction.
