Russian strike hits apartment building in Kramatorsk, killing and injuring civilians

On Thursday, July 31, the Russian occupation army launched a strike on a five-story apartment building in Kramatorsk. Three people were killed, and ten others were injured

The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, reported the deadly attack.

According to him, as of August 1, the death toll in Kramatorsk has risen to 3. Ten others are known to be injured.

Search and rescue operations are ongoing at the impact site, as people may still be trapped under the rubble.

“A total of at least 30 buildings and 13 vehicles were damaged in the strike,” the statement reads.

Earlier, Filashkin reported a Russian attack on Kramatorsk on July 31.

"At least one person was killed and eleven injured in Kramatorsk. Russia carried out a targeted strike on a five-story building — half of it was completely destroyed," he said.

Among the injured, one person is in critical condition.

Emergency services are currently working at the scene.
