Russian servers are legitimate target for Ukrainian cyber specialists - intelligence

Andriy Cherniak, a representative of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate, said in a commentary to Suspilne.
"The cyber attack continues. We are now collecting the information we need to analyze it and pass it on to the units of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine for further destruction of the targets specified in the documents on these servers," the Ukrainian intelligence representative said.
He added that attacks in Russian cyberspace will continue.
"Such servers and networks are a legitimate target for our cyber specialists and the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. Therefore, such attacks will continue," Cherniak said.
- The day before, the Main Intelligence Directorate carried out a successful cyberattack on the server of the Russian Ministry of Defense, which is used for special communications.
