Beijing backs direct talks between Ukraine and Russia, says Chinese Foreign Ministry
This was reported by the partisan movement Atesh.
"The occupying Russian forces have begun to massively move equipment and air defense systems across the entire Crimean peninsula. Often this process is uncoordinated and chaotic. According to information from our agents among Russian Armed Forces servicemen, they are trying to reinforce security measures in Crimea," the movement reports.
The partisans emphasize that the Russians are transporting equipment without a clear plan, "and it looks more like panic, meant to report to superiors about the steps taken."
"The situation resembles the 2023–2024 period, when Crimea was under frequent strikes," adds Atesh.
