Bilohorivka is emerging as the primary target for Russian forces in Luhansk, with sustained attacks reported. Recent significant losses have compelled Russia to slow the tempo of their offensives

Luhansk Regional Military Administration's head Artem Lysohor said this on Telegram.

According to the Luhansk region's head, the Russian troops keep up the pressure in the Luhansk region and have become more active in the Terny direction.

"Indeed, there are constant air strikes. The only thing is that in the last few days the enemy has tried to reduce its offensive actions in Bilohorivka due to the losses suffered, but still constantly uses both MLRS and missile attacks, and has become a little more active in the Terny direction," he said.

Artem Lysohor noted that during his trip to the military he witnessed several Russian assaults.

"Yesterday we went to deliver aid to the guys and congratulate them on the National Guard Day, and in the hour and a half we were there, the enemy made three land assaults in the direction of Terny. The guys fought back, inflicted a very significant damage, and even captured one of the advancing soldiers," said Lysohor.

He noted that the Russians are not abandoning the tactics of meat assaults.

"In general, both shelling and land attacks do not stop, indeed, the enemy is feeling out where to break through and sees its main directions and, with such meaty and pointless assaults, simply overwhelms our guys with numbers. The situation is difficult, but under control," said the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.

He also said that MLRS, which Russians forces continue to use to shell populated areas, pose a constant danger to civilians.

"MLRS are very annoying, because only three villages are being targeted: Nevske, Novoliubivka, Makiivka and their districts, despite the fact that 29 attacks have been made, 58 MLRS attacks launched, not at the position, but at the settlement where people are still living. This is a very simple answer about what the Russians are doing to civilians and what they are doing in the Luhansk region," emphasized Artem Lysohor.
