This is according to a report by Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets on Telegram.
"The representative office of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights was damaged due to Russian attacks on Odesa. Fortunately, there were no employees or applicants present at the time, so there were no injuries," the statement said.
Lubinets added that it will take time to resume visitor reception, as efforts to clear the aftermath of the shelling are already underway.
"This marks the fourth representative office destroyed by the Russians, following similar incidents in Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, and Kherson," clarified the Ombudsman.
- Late on Tuesday, April 30, several explosions rocked Odesa as the Russians targeted the city with ballistic missiles, resulting in three fatalities and three injuries.
