Russia strikes Kharkiv with two missiles
On Sunday, July 28, the Russian military launched two missile strikes on Kharkiv

The head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, made this announcement.
"The Russian forces launched two missile attacks on Kharkiv. The type of missiles is being determined," the statement reads.
As of 11:17 a.m., there is no information about casualties.
- Earlier on the morning of July 28, the Russian occupation army struck the suburbs of Kherson, resulting in three injuries.
