Russia launches 13 air bombs on Toretsk overnight

Throughout the day, cities like Kostiantynivka, Kurakhove, Lyman, Pokrovsk, Selydove, Siversk, Toretsk, Chasiv Yar, and villages such as Drobysheve, Novoeconomichne, Yampil, Vovchenka, Dibrova, Zorya, Novyi Komar, Oleksandro-Kalynove, Pershe Travnya, and Rozdolne were under attack.

Law enforcement reported damage to 83 civilian structures, including 35 residential buildings, schools, businesses, administrative buildings, shops, gas stations, pharmacies, transportation, critical infrastructure, and 25 cars.

Russia dropped 13 KAB-250 aerial bombs on Toretsk, accompanied by artillery fire. Two residents were injured. Damage included three apartment buildings, six private homes, a commercial property, and a transport infrastructure facility, according to police.

In Lyman, four KAB-250 bombs were dropped, injuring one civilian and damaging a school, an office building, a pharmacy, and a gas pipeline.

In Selydove, a civilian was wounded, and a gas station and car were damaged by a drone strike.

Yampil faced artillery attacks, injuring one person and damaging three homes.

Chasiv Yar reported two injured individuals and one more in Siversk.

In Pokrovsk and Pershe Travnya, Russian troops fired 11 S-300 missiles, destroying nine buildings and 19 cars.

In Rozdolne, 15 houses and five cars were damaged by a triple airstrike using KAB-250 bombs.

Ukraine's police and the Special Service opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The National Police's press service reported that 81 people, including 13 children, were evacuated with police assistance. Since the start of mandatory evacuations, 177,148 people have been evacuated, including 21,082 children and 7,119 individuals with disabilities.

  • On July 19, the Russian army shelled areas in the Donetsk region 26 times. These attacks resulted in one death and two injuries in Toretsk.
