Russian attack on Kherson region kills one, injures two civilians: 14-year-old girl in critical condition
Early this morning, the Russian military launched an attack on Kherson and the region. The attack resulted in the death of a man, with an elderly woman and a 14-year-old girl sustaining injuries
Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the regional military administration, confirmed the attack on Kherson.
As a result of the Russian strike on one of the buildings, a 14-year-old girl was severely injured. Medics rushed her to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with traumatic shock, an open chest wound, and fractures in her arms and legs.
"The child is still in surgery. Doctors are doing everything they can to save her life," the statement reads.
Meanwhile, the Kherson regional military administration reported another attack by Russian forces. Around 07:00 a.m., Russian troops dropped explosives from a UAV on Antonivka.
A 76-year-old local woman suffered an explosive injury, leading to a traumatic leg amputation.
In addition, Russian troops targeted Kizomys in the morning. A 45-year-old man riding a bicycle was attacked by a drone and killed.
