"Our agents from several air defense units report that the servicemen were deprived of their bonuses due to unsuccessful attempts to repel air attacks by the Ukrainian Defense Forces," the guerrillas write.
It is also noted that after such attacks, the command of the units begins to conduct internal investigations and impose disciplinary sanctions on the servicemen. In their opinion, this was supposed to encourage the military, but in practice it turned out to be the opposite, Atesh reports.
The movement's agents say the problem lies in the state of the equipment used to repel attacks. In their opinion, this equipment is old and malfunctioning, which creates additional difficulties in carrying out missions.
"All of this has a negative impact on the morale of the military. People are under pressure and stress, and many of them are looking for ways to join other units where the situation may be more favorable," the guerrillas added.
