Russia attacks Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia, killing 6 people, injuring 23
On Tuesday, November 5, the Russian army attacked Zaporizhzhia, resulting in the deaths of six people and injuries to 23 others
The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported the information.
According to him, a fire broke out at the site of the hit. Initially, it was reported that the attack killed 6 people and wounded 9. The victims are currently receiving all the necessary assistance.
As of 12:05 p.m., the number of injured increased to 16.
Later, the Office of the Prosecutor General reported 20 wounded as a result of the Russian attack. In addition, one of the critical infrastructure facilities was damaged.
As of 14:12, the number of wounded due to the Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia increased to 23 people.
At 14:30, Fedorov warned of possible ballistic missile strikes. He also said the fire from the previous attack has been put out.
A pre-trial investigation has been initiated in a criminal proceeding over violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Earlier, Ivan Fedorov reported that Russian troops had struck an infrastructure facility in Zaporizhzhia. At the time, the Regional military administration noted that two people were wounded.
At 9:38 a.m., Fedorov reported an explosion in Zaporizhzhia.
