Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported the information.
Between June 23 and 29, the city was hit by 16 Russian attacks. Russia mostly used Shahed drones, but experts from Ukraine’s Emergency Situations Department confirmed the first use of the Chernika drone.
"This drone has a warhead as powerful as the Molniya, but its design is different. Its strike damaged several cars in a garage area," said Mayor Terekhov.
He also said that four people, including a child, were injured during the week of Russian attacks.
"Air raid alerts in Kharkiv lasted 33 hours less than the regional average, a 43% drop. This was thanks to the coordinated work of the military, air defense, and the Situation Center," he added.
