Russia targets village in Kharkiv region, killing and injuring two people
On Thursday, March 28, the Russian occupation army targeted a village in the Kupyansk district of Kharkiv region, killing a woman and injuring a man

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
He stated that Russia targeted the village of Monachynivka in Kupyansk district. A 57-year-old local resident died as a result of Russian shelling.
"The woman died from her wounds on the way to the hospital. Her husband was also injured. He is receiving the necessary medical care. Details and circumstances are being established," Syniehubov wrote.
- On March 27, at about 21:20, the Russian military shelled the village of Borova, Izyum district, Kharkiv region. A 12-year-old boy died as a result of the Russian shelling. In addition, Russian forces damaged a kindergarten and residential buildings.
