Russia targets Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate in March 21 attack on Kyiv — media

Most of the cruise and ballistic missiles that Russia fired at Kyiv on the morning of March 21 were aimed at the facilities of the Main Intelligence Directorate 

Ukrainska Pravda reported the information, citing a source in the Main Intelligence Directorate.

"The vast majority of missiles that were flying over Kyiv on March 21 were aimed at the facilities of the Main Intelligence Directorate. All of them were shot down," the source said.
