Russia strikes Ukraine’s energy, gas infrastructure overnight

The Ministry of Energy reported the information.
"Tonight, the Russians again attacked Ukraine’s energy and gas transport infrastructure. Damage occurred to energy facilities in Donetsk, Odesa, and Chernihiv regions," the statement reads.
Rescuers from the State Emergency Service and energy workers are currently on site working to stabilize the electricity supply as quickly as possible.
"The Ministry of Energy is grateful to the energy workers and rescuers who, despite the risks to their own lives, continue to perform their duties and ensure the functioning of the energy system," the ministry emphasized.
- On October 11, the Russian army launched attack drones against Ukraine. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a fire broke out at an infrastructure facility. In the Kharkiv region, the Russians struck a school building in the city of Chuhuiv, injuring five people.
