Russia strikes near Kupyansk market, killing one, injuring 11

It is noted that as of 2 pm, 11 people have been injured as a result of the bombing in Kupiansk. One of the victims, who was in serious condition, died in hospital.
‘Eight women and three men sustained injuries of varying severity,’ the statement said.
Earlier, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov , reported that the number of injured in the Kupyansk airstrike has risen to 9, with victims aged between 40 and 71. Four people are hospitalized — one in serious condition, and three in moderate condition.
"There's no confirmation of fatalities in Kupyansk. A woman in serious condition was rescued from the rubble. Initially, 4 people were reported injured in the airstrike," Syniehubov stated.
He also reported that the attack partially destroyed a two-story commercial building, damaged 12 market stalls, and shattered windows of nearby buildings.
Earlier, Syniehubov said that the attack struck around 10 a.m., hitting near the local market and a shop. At that time, preliminary reports indicated two dead and three injured.
