Russia attacks Zaporizhzhia, killing civilians and damaging multi-storey buildings

As of 8:30 a.m. on April 6, 23 people were wounded after yesterday's massive rocket attack on the city, including two children and a policeman. Four people were killed - 2 men and 2 women. Two of them died in the hospital.
According to preliminary data, more than 40 buildings were damaged, including 24 private houses, 9 high-rise buildings, a dormitory, and a kindergarten.

At around 3:00 pm, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of a ballistic missile threat and Tu-22M3 activity in the Black Sea.
The head of Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov said that two civilians, a woman and a man, were killed in the attack.
Six people were wounded, including a 9-year-old boy and his 36-year-old mother. All the victims are in hospital, two of them are in serious condition.
The secretary of Zaporizhzhia City Council, Anatoliy Kurtev, said that three multi-storey buildings, a private house, a dormitory and a commercial property were damaged.

More than 400 strikes by the Russian army in Zaporizhzhia region
Over the past 24 hours, on April 4, the Russian military attacked ten settlements in Zaporizhzhia region, inflicting 401 strikes.
This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov.
According to him, the Russian military carried out one missile and two air strikes on Shyroke and Robotyne.
Ivan Fedorov said that there were 19 reports of destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure.
