Russia shells Kostiantynivka with artillery, killing and wounding civilians

It is noted that the Russian forces fired from cannon artillery at Kostyantynivka, with apartment buildings in the area of damage.

‘As a result of the enemy strike, a woman and a man died of injuries incompatible with life. Another man and an elderly woman were wounded. They received medical assistance. The people were outside during the attack,’ the statement said.

In addition, the facades of residential buildings and cars were damaged.
