This is stated in the message of the Atesh guerrilla movement on Telegram.

"Atesh agents recorded that Russian occupiers in Balaklava Bay are reinforcing naval engineering barriers designed to protect against unmanned boats and sabotage groups. We are actively searching for weak points in this defense," the statement reads.

At the same time, Russian forces have resumed using the old underground submarine base for military purposes, which previously functioned as a museum.

According to guerrillas, this facility (Object 825GTS) is an underground complex in Balaklava capable of sheltering submarines, repairing and maintaining them.

  • It was previously reported that Russian forces are strengthening air defense forces near the Hvardiyske airfield in occupied Crimea, relocating equipment from other front-line areas.
