Russia reports drone attack on Moscow, airports face restrictions

On Tuesday, May 6, Russia reported an alleged drone attack on Moscow, with restrictions imposed at several airports.
This was announced by Moscow's Mayor Sergey Sobyanin.
At 5:38 PM, he wrote that Russian air defense allegedly repelled an attack by two drones flying towards Moscow. More than an hour later, the mayor reported the supposed downing of another drone.
Since 4:10 PM, the Russian aviation authority began announcing temporary restrictions on incoming and outgoing flights at airports. The airports in Nizhny Novgorod (Strigino), Kaluga (Graptsevo), Tambov (Donskoye), and Yaroslavl (Tunoshna) were affected. Vnukovo, Domodedovo, and Zhukovsky airports in the Moscow region also suspended flights.
