The National Resistance Center reported the information.
"The Russians are opening drone courses in the temporarily occupied cities. After Sevastopol, a training center was opened in Mariupol, where people from all the occupied regions of Donbas were brought for “easy money”. Upon completing the courses, operators were offered a contract with the Russian Armed Forces," the statement reads.
The Center observes that, by doing so, Russia is once again in violation of international law, which explicitly prohibits the recruitment of the population in occupied territories for war against their own homeland.
- Earlier this month, the guerrillas reported that Russians had organized drone production in Berdyansk.
- At the same time, the Berdyansk District Council noted that Russian appointees do not allow locals, even those with pro-Russian views, to work at such facilities.
