Russia loses 54 artillery systems, 10 tanks and over 1,000 soldiers in one day of war in Ukraine

Over the past day, the occupying Russian army lost another 1,110 soldiers and dozens of pieces of equipment at the frontline

This is stated in the morning report of Ukraine’s General Staff.

Russia’s total combat losses from February 24, 2022, to July 5, 2024 are approximately:

  • personnel - about 548,580 (+1,110),
  • tanks - 8142 (+10),
  • armored fighting vehicles - 15,611 (+11),
  • artillery systems - 14,831 (+54),
  • MLRS - 1115 (+0),
  • air defense systems - 878 (+0),
  • aircraft - 360 (+0),
  • helicopters - 326 (+0),
  • UAVs of operational and tactical level - 11,751 (+57),
  • cruise missiles - 2,342 (+0),
  • ships/boats - 28 (+0),
  • submarines - 1 (+0) unit,
  • vehicles and fuel tanks- 19977 (+54) units,
  • special equipment - 2473 (+5).
