- On the night of July 21, Russia launched a massive attack against Ukraine using Shahed drones as well as hypersonic, cruise, and ballistic missiles. There are reports of destruction and fires in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Ivano-Frankivsk. The Kyiv city authorities report one person killed and two injured.
