Kharkiv region attack

At 9:12 p.m., Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported explosions in the city.

"Another attack on residential areas. Shevchenkivskyi district. Russia is a terrorist state," Terekhov wrote.

Later, he reported that one person was injured, with windows broken in nearby houses. Oleh Syniehubov, head of the regional military administration, confirmed that Russian troops targeted civilian infrastructure with precision.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov later updated the casualty count to two wounded individuals.

According to him, a multi-apartment residential building sustained damage, with broken windows and structural elements affected. Windows at a nearby school were also shattered by the impact.

Attack on southern Ukraine

Southern Ukraine faced another round of attacks last night, according to reports from the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Russian troops deployed multiple waves of Shahed-131/136 attack UAVs on the region.

The attackers targeted energy infrastructure in the Odesa region and agricultural facilities in Kherson.

Ukrainian Air Defense Forces engaged in combat for approximately two hours, successfully downing all eight drones in the Odesa region. However, fragments from one downed drone ignited a fire at an energy facility, causing power outages in several communities.

There were no injuries, and the fire has since been extinguished, with restoration efforts underway.

Following the attack, the Odesa city council announced the suspension of electric transport due to reduced power supply. However, they have increased the number of medium- and large-class buses on major routes to mitigate the impact.

Additionally, ballistic missiles and guided air missiles were used in the Kherson region during the drone attack, resulting in damage to an agricultural enterprise. No injuries were reported.

Lviv region attack

According to Maksym Kozytskyi, the head of the Lviv regional military administration, Russian forces launched an attack on the same critical infrastructure target in the Lviv region using cruise missiles on the night of March 24 and 29.

The attack resulted in one fatality and the destruction of an administrative building, which caught fire but was promptly extinguished by firefighters.

Kozytskyi also stated that rescue teams are currently clearing the debris, as there may still be individuals trapped underneath.

Rivne region

Oleksandr Koval, the head of the Rivne regional military administration, reported that falling debris from a Russian air target damaged electrical infrastructure in the region that night. Additionally, a paramedic station sustained minor damage, but no injuries were reported.

Currently, relevant services are on-site, ensuring electricity supply and addressing the damage caused.
