This was announced by Deputy Interior Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Sergeiev at a meeting with representatives of the Christian Social Union in the Bavarian state parliament, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.

"This year, the number of attacks increased in February and March. The enemy mainly uses guided aerial bombs and attack drones. The Russian forces are attacking civilian and critical infrastructure. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, 217,000 facilities have been damaged. The National Police of Ukraine has already documented 116,000 war crimes committed by the Russian occupiers," he said.

At the same time, Sergeiev stressed that since the beginning of this year, Russia has carried out about 30,000 strikes on the territory of Ukraine, and in 2023, about 66,000 Russian attacks were recorded.

Russia switches to terrorist double-tap attack tactics in Ukraine

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said that the Russian forces have switched to the tactic of 'double-tap' strike to kill as many people as possible. The official said this in a comment to Bild.

According to him, Russian forces are waiting for rescuers, medics, and law enforcement officers to arrive at the site of the attack, and then launch another missile at the same place. In this way, invading Russian troops are trying to increase the number of victims.
