Russia drops nearly 10,000 KAB bombs on Ukraine since start of year — Ukraine’s Defense Minister
The Russian army has dropped almost 10,000 KABs on the territory of Ukraine since the beginning of 2024
Ukraine’s Minister of Defense, Rustem Umerov, reported the information.
“Since the beginning of the year alone, the enemy has dropped almost 10,000 guided bombs on our land,” he said.
The head of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry also emphasized the state's need for modern air defense and aviation systems.
“The hostile attack on the construction hypermarket of the hero city of Kharkiv, carried out on Saturday in broad daylight when hundreds of people could be there, is nothing more than another act of genocide of the Ukrainian people by the Putin regime. This is a deliberate killing of the civilian population,” the minister said.
