The Atesh guerrilla movement reported the information.
“During reconnaissance of the Yevpatoria district, an agent of the Atesh movement discovered that the occupiers had moved military equipment and air defense systems to Kerch to provide additional protection for the Crimean Bridge. As a result, the aircraft repair plant and the nearby airfield were left virtually unguarded and unequipped,” the report states.
According to the guerrillas, Russian forces left only aircraft fuselages and an old ZU-23-2 anti-aircraft gun on the territory of the plant, likely intended to combat drones.
The guerrillas explain that Russia previously stationed its army aviation at this site, but it was moved to other military airfields after Ukrainian strikes.
- On November 19, representatives of the Atesh guerrilla movement discovered the Russian Pantsyr S-1 system, which covers key facilities in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol.
