Russia launches air strike on civilian infrastructure in Sumy, injuring three people

"As a result of the strike, the roof of a non-residential building was partially destroyed and caught fire," the statement said.
It is noted that the State Emergency Service has already extinguished the fire.
"In addition, 2 administrative non-residential premise and 73 windows in three residential buildings were damaged," the Regional Military Administration added.
Specialists, including 26 rescuers and 5 vehicles, are working at the site of the impact.
"There were two loud explosions in Sumy, one of them not far from the city centre. We already know that the Russians hit with guided bombs. We can see another column of smoke a little further outside the city. However, we will find out whether it is a second hit or a fire," journalist Alyona Yatsyna said on Espreso.
"For the second day in a row, Russians have been bombing Sumy. We have the second hit in two days. Today, the occupation Russian army hit critical infrastructure," she added.
