Russia claims Ukrainian drone crashes into Belgorod administrative building

Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of the Belgorod region, reports.
According to him, the drone allegedly crashed into the administrative building of a resource supply company, and two people were injured in the explosion. One man sustained shrapnel wounds to his lower limb, and the other received shrapnel wounds to his upper and lower limbs.
Gladkov also said that the facade of the building was damaged.
- The Russian Defense Ministry accuses Ukraine of an alleged drone attack on the Belgorod and Rostov regions. Russian media report an attack on the Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery.
