Russia attacks Ukraine with missiles from Tu-95 and Shaheds

It is noted that the Russians attacked Ukraine's critical infrastructure facilities from strategic aviation - Tu-95MS bombers and Shahed-131/136 strike UAVs from the areas of Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Yeysk, Kursk and Cape Chauda.
“A total of 5 Kh-101/Kh-555 air-launched cruise missiles and 53 Shahed-131/136 attack UAVs were used,” the statement said.
As a result of the air battle, 48 attack UAVs and 5 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles were shot down in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Odesa, Kharkiv, Kyiv and Khmelnytskyi regions.
Explosions in Odesa
At 11:46 p.m., explosions were heard in Odesa.
"Explosions are heard in the city. Stay in safe places,” wrote the mayor of the city Hennadiy Trukhanov.
At 11:54 p.m., Ukrainian Defense Forces reported that they were conducting combat operations.
Later, Trukhanov warned that another UAV was moving in the direction of the Peresypskyi district of Odesa.
Explosions in Khmelnytskyi region
At 2:44 a.m., the Ukrainian Air Force reported that cruise missiles had been launched. They were seen over Chernihiv, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, and Ternopil regions. Later, they headed for Starokostiantyniv. After 4:00 a.m., Suspilne reported on explosions in Khmelnytskyi.
The air force announced that the threat was over at 5:00 a.m.
In the morning, the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Tiurin, said that Ukrainian air defense had shot down 11 enemy targets over the region. However, there were no reports of injuries, deaths or property damage.
Fire in the Kyiv region
At 5:48 a.m., Ruslan Kravchenko, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, informed that air defense forces were also working in the Kyiv region.
"As a result of an air attack, a fire broke out at an industrial facility in the region. No one was injured. Firefighting operations are ongoing. All operational services are working,” Kravchenko wrote.
As of 8:30 a.m., firefighting in the Kyiv region continued, the State Emergency Service reports. Rescuers engaged a robot and a fire train to extinguish the fire.
