"We need specialists in all areas, from infantrymen, artillerymen to drone operators. We need people who can think objectively and critically assess the situation, and engage in intelligence activities. That is, we need all professions. We need many infantrymen, but not because there is a shortage of them, but because the unit is constantly evolving, performing combat missions," explained Sidorin.

According to the commander of the Rubizh brigade unit, the personnel is being exhausted, and the soldiers need to be replaced as often as possible to distribute the combat load evenly.

"Soldiers need to be replaced at the front. People cannot spend much time directly on the contact line. We also need to have time to train the personnel. So far, there are people at the positions to perform the task, but we need to prepare a reserve that will systematically replenish and replace the personnel. The military will need to undergo combat training with experienced soldiers. There is no need to delay the mobilization, because we really need to replenish," emphasized Sidorin.
