CNN reported the information.
Harris made the statement during a campaign event in Michigan.
"He has said, Donald Trump, I will solve the matter of Ukraine and Russia in a day. Read through and understand what he is saying. He would surrender," Harris said.
She noted that Trump would like Ukraine to capitulate in its fight against the aggressor.
"If Donald Trump were president, Vladimir Putin will be sitting in Kyiv, and understand what that would mean for America and our standing around the world," the U.S. presidential candidate added.
- On October 20, former U.S. President Donald Trump overtook Kamala Harris for the first time in the Decision Desk HQ/The Hill pre-election poll.
