The minister recalled the latest drone attack on several cities, including Kharkiv and Dnipro. According to him, Russian UAVs targeted areas with no military objectives.
"Russia's actions show that Putin wants to prolong the war rather than reciprocating Ukraine, U.S., and partners' effort to end it," Sybiha emphasized.
