Polish Foreign Minister voices fastest scenario for ending war in Ukraine

Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski said that Putin could end the war in Ukraine in five minutes with one phone call to Shoigu

He said this during a speech in the Polish Sejm on April 25, RMF FM reports.

One of the Polish MPs asked Sikorski if Poland had any scenarios for resolving the war in Ukraine.

"Yes, it does. The restoration of Ukraine's internationally recognized borders in accordance with the so-called peace formula of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy," he replied.

At the same time, the Polish Foreign Minister added, Putin could end the war in five minutes with a single phone call to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu saying, "We are withdrawing troops from Ukraine."

"Unfortunately, Ukraine cannot end the war with one phone call, it's a big difference," he concluded.

On Thursday, April 25, Sikorski said that Russia's attack on any NATO member would inevitably lead to its defeat.
